Description: While out and about today, we stumbled across a lovely little park, right next to the town hall of Penney Farms. It is a labor of love by Margarite, who looks after all the going ons, from the new concrete paths, to the construction of the bathrooms, there is a great sense of beauty and acomplishment in all that has been done, and in the plans for the future.
